I am an interim manager, management consultant and coach with more than 25 years of international experience in leading positions for companies such as Nokia, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax and EMI Music. In my career I have often been the "fireman" in difficult phases.
As a sales and marketing expert, I focus on the successful design of go-to-market strategies, distribution set-up and the reorganization of sales and marketing departments.

My professional roots are in the field of media, although I initially trained in coffee roasting machines in my native Lower Rhine region.
However, I quickly turned my passion for audiovisual media into my profession. Photography, cameras, films, digital television, dictaphones, binoculars, CDs, streaming media, data carriers and much more have shaped my work over many years.
In addition to my job, I studied business administration with a focus on European business. In leading associations such as ZVEI, Photoindustrie-Verband (PIV) or PHONONET (BVMI), I have been given board and advisory board mandates and have been allowed to help shape things here.
In 2013 I started my own business and since then I have been working as a consultant, interim manager and Fractional Executive in a network of great colleagues from the fields of advertising, graphics, strategy, agencies and freelancers, which enables a fast and successful implementation of even larger projects.
This flexibility in time and organization and the resulting power of impact has allowed me to successfully manage many projects in very different industries (e.g. food, cosmetics, energy, software, electronics).
As a proud father of a daughter and a son and have my center of life in Düsseldorf on the Rhine.
I emphasize this because I am a Rhinelander with heart and soul and carry the Rhineland mentality within me, although I have also enjoyed living in Hamburg and Frankfurt am Main.
I have lost my heart to the clubs Düsseldorfer EG and Fortuna Düsseldorf. I am interested in art and am strongly committed to social projects that accompany people on the fringes of society, in my heart city.
