The global management has decided on fundamental changes with regard to the diversification of the business and the demands on the organization. The changes were to be deliberately implemented by an external manager.
A French interim provider has entrusted Sven Martens with the implementation of the task.
For the employees of a photo company with a very long history in this market, it was initially incomprehensible why they wanted to enter completely new business areas and not rely on the market of the last 50 years and adapt it digitally.
One of the core tasks was to change the company's cultural values. To underpin this, a completely new company location was sought and occupied.

Initial successes in this new market were achieved very quickly. Later, an extremely positive annual result was achieved.
The service culture was established as a requirement for the entire organization (approx. 80 employees) and actions were geared towards strong interaction with customers and partners. The processes were designed to be digital and sustainable.

The company's digital presence was completely redesigned and social communities were set up for the sub-brands.
