The electric motor:
The world market leader for pumps had taken over a drive manufacturer in Italy that produces motors with technically unique efficiencies but was not yet distributed in Germany.
Martens & Kollegen were booked by a large technical engineering service provider as distribution experts. The goal was to build up an indirect distribution structure within the shortest possible time and to enable market entry.
Sven Martens was assigned as Regional Manager (ad interim) to help build up this structure.
After market analysis and definition of the industry mix, a network of indirect sales agents was built up and lead management established.
Projects with well-known industrial customers could thus be realized within a short time.
